Hi, I’m Sam Perkins.
I’m a certified birth doula, born and raised in Florida, with a lifelong passion for pregnancy, birth, and women’s health. Growing up as an identical twin and an older sibling shaped my deep respect for family bonds, emotional connection, and the importance of steady, loving support during times of transition. My work is rooted in a nurturing, calm, and compassionate approach. I believe birth and postpartum are sacred seasons—ones that deserve patience, trust, and individualized care.
As a Christian, my faith guides me to serve families with humility, gentleness, and intentional presence, honoring each family’s values and choices.
I am drawn to the natural rhythms of birth, inspired by nature, and often grounded by music, both of which influence how I show up for the families I support. Whether you’re preparing for birth or settling into life with a new baby, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and deeply cared for.
